I recently received 3.14 from Edwin. I did not have any method to flash with. I tried to use Uniflash 1.40, it tried but failed. I was able to flash with saved backup. Any ideas on how to flash the bin file?

Hey guys I hope you can help, I've been reading alot of posts that people describe can not access bios or load dos shell but my problem is different. I was do a flash for my epox ep-4t2a3. Hi, i have modified a bios file with modbin6 and flashed it sussefully with winflash, the system boots fine but when i try to enter the setup pressing the del key a black screen appears and nothing else happen. This doesn´t happen when I open and save a file with modbin without modificating it. I just have modified an setup option from non-selectable to selectable. Any idea what´s I´m doing wrong?. I ran Craig Hart's PCI/AGP Bus Sniffer program (fantastic piece of software - does exactly what it says on the tin !), and it found two apparent errors. The summary text read as follows:

What? My 486 PC -HAS- a PCI bus and it works well! If it wouldn't respond, my PCI Graphics-card wouldn't work. How can I update my BIOS? ...

I updated my AMI bios for a ECS motherboard P4S5MG/GL+ and the original bios was dated 2001, I updated according to ECS website and my board to 2002. After updating.. and stupidly without a backing up ( I didn't know how), my computer wouldn't boot. Can this be fixed? Can the bios be reset or restored by floppy?

I want to alter my BIOS with the editor, but have some prolems and need some advice:

1. when the editor loads, he mentions mulitple errors, saying "an unsupported module class '*' was found at an offset xxx, do you want to continue". The xxx are: F8F6E, 'Q' C27B3, 'H' BAFA8. I press continue all the way. What should I do about these issues?

they are disabled and i I can't enable it in bios menu
I use phoenix bios editor to enable
build bios - no error
after flash my mobo don't respond :)

now I run dos from floppy on different mobo
when dos run I replace bios chip with this from M71IXA
