Hi all, i need to ugdate my bios on a octek VAP133S-ACP motherboard to get support for a faster CPU, but cannot find any usefull links to a manufacturer site, any suggestions appreciated :?

I still use an older ASUS mainboard P2L97 with latest BIOS 1010 beta 004.

I bought a new BIOS upgrade Award BIOS 4.51 and install it on my computer (PII-266). My motherboard is 2A69JL1A. Before I upgraded my BIOS - I didn't have any problems with my P.C. except the time when I bought a 80gig disk. My computer can't recognize the size of the harddrive. So, I decided to upgrade my BIOS.

anyhow...I want to upgrade the celeron 400mhz , intel 810 chipset, FIC-CW33 Motherboard setup I have for my son's music and design work/play....all the info I can find seems old...but I beleive the FSB automatically will adjust to either 66Mhz or 100mhz depending on the processor requirements...I am running 512mb PC100-133 memory and a 45GB WD-HDrive that works ...

I just used 990421s.rom but the manufacturer's site lists 990305s.rom as the update. which is the latest and greatest?

Just got my Abit TH7II with a P4 1.6A
Unfortunately I have a problem.
