News of My CPU isn't recognized

dows someone know, how to run Tyan Thunder 2500 (S1867) with Tualatin 1400 MHz Server CPUs. There is a Slot 1 -> Socket 370 adaptor by Powerleap, which solve hardware problems. That PLEASE BAN ME FOR SWEARING Phoenix BIOS v 1.04 (Tyan version) does, if cpuid is not recognized, stop post and hangs up.

Pentium processor 2.4 GHZ and ECS motherboard sold as combo at FRY'S electronics. After installed, it runs at only 1.8 GHZ. I then changed jumpers to 133 MHZ frequency position. Speed 2.4 GHZ does show up at boot time but computer immediately freezes. Can any one help me ? Thanks.

I recently installed a K6-2/550 with 3D processor but when I switch on, the screen shows clock speed 366Mhz (my old processor size). Also, I haven't noticed any obvious difference in speed. Do I need an upgrade or reprogram of anything. I am a total novice at this. I have a MS 5182 ver.1 Motherboard and I run Windows98.

I have a PC Chips 717 Motherboard with a Pentium II 350 MHz processor, which is recognized as a PII 233 MHz. Is there any BIOS upgrade available to solve this problem? Where can I found it?

On Soltek web there is a sentense:
"No, it does not support AMD Athlon XP (Thoroughbred)"
But why? What's some special diffrence between Palomino and Thoroughbred?

I just upgraded my CPU from a 1.1ghz athlon to a 1.4ghz athlon xp1700.
On boot up, it only says AMD Athlon 1.1ghz. Once XP boots, I look at the properties under My Computer and it says AMD Athlon 1.1ghz.
Any ideas how to fix this problem??
I have a Gigabyte mobo: GA-7ZMMH
I know the CPU is supported because it says so on the gigabyte page.
