bios update help please!!!

My mobo is QDI P6I 440bx brilianx-1s/2k
Award modular bios v4.51pg
In QDI web page I can find bios file only for brilianx-1s/2000 maybe they are the same but I don`t know.
I download this file b1s2v13.bin and awdflash make boot disk
I load defaults on bios
I tryed everything that I read on different web pages
but can not update bios. I need update for large HDD support
when I flash ex. awdflash b1s2v13.bin/py/sn/cc/cd/cp ...

What Bios Upgrade do i need for an award 4.51 bios?

Here is my problem:

I have an old award bios 4.51 gigabyte mother board.

After I set the hard-drive parameters for an 80 gigbit harddrive in bios after I reboot it reverts to 32 gigabyte!

Further still I am not able to install win-xp after I reboot I get error mssg's.

I've been working on this probem for 2 weeks.

Asrock 775v88 SATA problem

Well,hi to all of you,I am new here..
My problem is whit SATA drive
MBO is Asrock's 775v88,and doesn't recognize any of SATA Hard drives...
in bios,and ofcourse in Windows

Bios SATA 1 device not detected

Hey I just bought a new computer recently and having some problems. It was working fine and then I shut it down and then it came up the the error "reboot and select proper boot device". I wasent tampering with anything it just randomly came up with this message.

I´m searching for an BIOS update for an older PC from the no more existing Vobis Microcomputer AG (Highscreen) that supports ATA100 HDD´s with more than 32GB. The MB is from MSI Typ: MSI-6163FC Ver.1 , the BIOS is dated from 07/01/1999, BIOS serial is: 2A6LGCM4EC.

AWARD BIOS v1.0a: boot problem. Message "LBA UDMA, 66&a

I am trying to boot from a CD in order to install my OS on C: drive.

The system starts to boot up and recognizes the primary master and also the CD drive with no problems.

Then the next screen is the "Award System Configurations" screen. The PC gets stuck here and there is a flashing cursor alongside the entry for "Pri. Master Disk: LBA UDMA, 66,"

My computer can't detect the 40 GB Maxtor or IBM 20,5GB hard drive. I suspect I need to upgrade my BIOS?

MAXTOR 40GB ON CHAINTECH

I had Samsung 6GB HD but he died in a great theatrical stile (strange loud noises from inside). So I replaced him with Maxtor 40GB, but mu motherboard does not recognize it.
