News of My motherboard is dead

I have mother board Asrock K8Upgrade-1689 socket 754. I tested VGA, RAM on other boards, all components works fine! and I format it 2 install windows 7 by mystic I downloaded bios update with drivers after that when updating give me an error message that updating was failure , the laptop restarting automatically and didn't start again even Hp screen dose not appear again

What I will do ?

hi, i have a dell e521 and surprise surprise the bios update failed. i now just get an amber light and no video signal, and a turbo fan. i've found a utility that i want to try to reflash the bios via floppy, but the floppy drive isn't being read on boot, and i think the bios setting is only looking for a usb floppy drive and not internal floppy drive.

Got to start up after recapping the CPU VRM

Using my POST Card in the PCI slot, the CPU does a reset ok
After that, the mobo remains dead, the BIOS will not load

I grabbed an image of the installed BIOS with my Willem
Looking at the image, it seemed odd to me as if the address space
of the BIOS IC was not being used as it should.

When I turned on my desktop PC this morning, I got this error message:

Upon inserting the bootable floppy, I then got this message:

BootBlock BIOS was only able to detect the 1.44 MB floppy disk.

guys, i bought this mobo a couple weeks ago and it was getting very hot. then i tryed to update to the latest bios and i did mess up!
now my board don't boot at all!
the olny thing that the board do is a randon reboot but no video at all.
i tryed to buy another bios from internet and already flashed but, when it came... guess what? NoTHING!
