News of What is my motherboard?

I have been trying to update my BIOS. I have had no success. Im starting to freak out.
Here is all my info. I have downloaded some things Ematchine people told me to download and it says, "This program is unable to continue. The BIOS you are trying to update is invalid for your system"

ok so im haveing big problems trying to find this motherboard online
