http://www.google.com identifies it as "General Circuit Technology" at http://www.gcttech.com/home.htm but this link does not work for me today. More info on wimsbios.com under "manufacturers".
More Google: http://support.tandy.com/support_computer/doc45/45422.htm Tandy MediaGX?

Moe Tandy :http://support.radioshack.com/support_computer/doc45/45480.htm identifies it as using the Cyrix MediaGX processor.

It is Global Circuit Technology/Supertek of Korea and I think they have stopped operations...

But the board was also OEMd by DataExpert:
http://members.tripod.com/~dainesn/th99/m/txt/35882.txt
and they still exist:
http://www.dataexpert.com.tw/service/we ... nualM.html

the MGX7510 has the 5510 chipset, the MGX7520 the 5520 chipset, check your board to see which one it is.

Can be the GCT MGX 5510. The board with 5520 chipset is called GCT MGXi 5520.
