Widescreen Patch for VIA based integrated graphics

first of all: nothing is known that VIA based chipsets suffer from the same issue that SIS based chipsets suffer from. actually the problem with SIS chipsets is mere WINDOWS DRIVER based than anything else.
and next: the chipset is quite new and so is the board. i don't quite see the problem.

btw. did you try setting widescreen modes? which driver did you use?

the widescreen mode does not show up. i have looked at the internet and i can't find any solution sir. i used the via drivers. thanks

did you use the VIA drivers from the VIA site?
does the connected device support widescreen modes?
is the .inf file installed? (assuming there is some kind of MS Windows installed)

i did everything i can but as far as i researched, the internet says via unichrome does not support widescreen
