compaq deskpro cpu speed

Hope you guys can help me!
I have a compaq deskpro ep/sb @266. I tryed out some progs and they say speed can go up to 300 or even more but the problem is that I can't change the frequency more than 266 why?I moved the jumpers up and down in all combinations but the speed still wont change?How can I make it work? Please Help me!!!and is it ok tu use a 64dimm with a 32dimm? or do they have to be both the same in order to work properly?

Intel processors are "Multiplier locked". I assume you are trying to overclock by changing from 4x to 4.5x66MHz ? It is not possible with this system.

They don't have to be the same.
