I sold that cpu & mbo, and get celeron 466 with:

Manli VIA apolo pro, fsb do 100, AGP, 3 PCI, 2 ISA, ATX/AT, socket 370


Tonight will try to connect Maxtor on that cofiguration, i think it will work without any problems.
