can anyone help me find updates for:

Edit: Medion lists three MS-7046 but as your Bios version is 2.0G the 2.1C Bios of 2005 should be what you need. Don't use the 1.x or 3.x Bios.

upon the download i execute the file and i get the ms-dos window and then it doesnt seem to do much, any ideas?

Medion should have some instructions, too.
Is there really a need to update your Bios? It sounds as if you are not experienced with Bios updates so if there's no urgent need of updating please leave the machine at it's current state.
