Is that all there is shown or is there also a string in the top section of the bios screen? No markings on the board at all?

If you can't ID it by its bios, post specifications (processor socket, slot counts (ISA/PCI/DIMM/AMR), onboard audio+video etc), layout and any type numbers you find on the board surface or on stickers (also the ones on the side of the slots). Last but not least a picture would be nice.
