Having problems with a wireless mini pci card mn54g

Hello I just got a mn54g card to put in my acer 5050 notebook. The card works fine in linux but when I boot in windows I can't activate the card when I turn the switch on. I keep getting something that say no device. I have the driver and installed. I had the software installed but it doesn't do me any good eather. Can someone help me?
