Computer Crashed During Flash, now wont start

Hello,

I have been having a problem with my computer crashing during one of my games (and until today only during said game) so I figured I would go thru and update all my drivers etc to try and solve the problem....well I get to the bios and decided ill update that too, I have a Gigabyte GA-MA770 and it came with a windows based flasher that takes the guess work out of the process so I ran that, halfway through the flash my computer dies (Clock interrupt not received on a secondary processor on time). Now when I try and turn my computer on all it does is beep 3 or 4 times and thats about it, fans spin...I THINK my HDD spins but to be honest i hadnt really paid much attention to that detail...Im at a loss as to what I should do, I cant really buy a new biochip because the chip is soldered to the board. Does Anyone have any suggestions?
