Is there a software for WinXP which can alarm me when bios change is made (by user) ?

For example: I lock my bios with password because of unauthorized booting from CD/DVD/USB, and someone clear cmos by removing battery from MB. Is there a software which can detect bios reset or maybe bios changes of any kind ?

short of welding the case shut there is NO 100% method which can prevent tampering with the bios if they have physical access to the machine/MB.
