Matsonic ms8147c Problems...

Hi all on here.. I'm new to this site & hope someone can help with my problem.. My sons computer needed a format after having various problems.. I have installed Winxp for him but when I asked him for his motherboard driver disk.. I was given a blank look... it seems he's lost it. He doesnt have any drivers what so-ever.. I have looked everywhere but with no luck. Can anyone help?

Socket A/462, VIA chipset, right?

does that include sound and lan drivers too? i think the sound bit was made by c-media?

it certainly does NOT include LAN drivers.
sound MAYBE...if it's AC'97 and uses the VIA southbridge. those sound drivers are available on the page aswell.
