Having trouble finding a bios update

This is what I have.

What I am trying to do is install a new graphics card but it keeps on playing up with me -- saying "Updating ESCD" but nothing happens. It just hangs. The graphics card is the Asus AH3450 (256 DDR2 - AGP 8X).

See My initial thought is to update the firmware, but maybe I just need to do something else?

Any help is appreciated.

Check the board itself for any markings looking like these.

BTW, I have found you need a very good power supply for this videocard.
