Mitac 5114VU Bios Needed

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

I have a Mitac 5114VU Mobo. Need to reflash BIOS, but Cannot find the BIOS anywhere. Anyone have an idea?
AWD v4.51PG. is there an updated version?

BTW - I have two of these boards, can I copy the Bios off of the good one and flash it to the other board? Any one help me with this operation?

Use the SAVE function (/S) of the Award flasher to save a copy of the good BIOS. Then use that to flash the other board.

I saved the BIOS from the good board I had, and when I try to flash it to the other board; I get "Warning! System was not new AWARD BIOS version.Pleas update ROM BIOS first"

Used awdfl535, with the following command:
AWDFL535 5114 /py /sn

**5114 is the name I put on the saved BIOS from good board

Help???

Hmmm.... I don't like the looks of it, but try again calling it 5114.bin or bios5114.bin
