Issues Modbin'ing the MD5000 BIOS

Referring to this link for information: http://www.wimsbios.com/phpBB2/topic3078.html I tried to BinMod my BIOS to enable CPU stepping, but for an unknown reason, PC Health, Frequency Stepping, and others are hidden or disabled in the BIOS menu.

The BIOS in question is the exact model and number of the one referred to in the link above.

Some help would be appreciated with this matter.
