Yes to program the CAT28F010 select the 28F010 then click the ? for device ID
It must return
Manufacture Code 0x31 CATALYST
Device Code 0xB4 CAT28F010
I it does not then you may the have switch setting jumpers wrong, recheck and try again.
To program 28F001BX-T select from the menu Flash 28Fxxx > 28F00x 8Bit and the top one on the list if you are using software 0.97G or 0.97JA.
You will also need to set the jumper that shorts pin 1 to pin30 on the programmer.

Where did you get a Ver 5.0 programmer, It must not be a true Willem, the last time I check the latest version was 4.5 with TSOP ZIF Socket.
I did not see a 5.0 Version in the programmer shop on the site.

i dont know if its a true willem programmer.there is 2 jumpers (j4) pb5.0c and pb3 move jumper (j4) to make it work as pb3 for epr097 and ep097g. i have flashed a sst39sf040 pllc32 chip for my laptop and it worked.had a bad flash.had to unsoilder the old chip i put a pllc32 socket on it after it.its a hp palivion ze4560us.(amd)
i have another mb asus cusl2 with a corrupted bios i have to unsolider the pllc32 chip on that also that chip is a intel N82802AB8 i hope the chip can be reprogrammed.or ill try to serach for it if its aviable.

You will not have much luck programming the cat28F010 with out an external power supply with that programmer.
You can program the Intel N82802AB8 with it. it is a firmware hub and it is in the menu you just put it in the firmware hub LPC socket and set up the programmer accordingly.
you should always use an external power pack with that programmer

hi Yezok yes im using an extrenal power supply when i used the usb for power i noticed the voltage was low and i bought the extrenal power supply for it.

hi i recieved my cat28f010 today just to let you guys know i reprogrammed it with the 5201016s.bin with epr097ja and it works great :0) thank you so much for all your time and help i couldnt of done it with out your help. thank you again.
