I got a new video card for my computer and I uninstalled them in windows not BIOS, so I have no display but my computer turns on.. Can I do something about it??

Check if the video card has a separate power connector and if so, make sure it is connected (see manual of the card).
Possibly you did not fit the card completely into the machine
Possibly the power supply is too weak and cannot handle the new video card
Possibly you need to connect your monitor to the onboard video, go into BIOS and make sure the VIDEO boot order is set to add-in card first or PCI-express/AGP first.
