Appears to be a PcChips motherboard, should be a version number after the M925ALU - V7.3. Support page is here:
M925ALU Support Page. There is a BIOS tab, just make sure the BIOS you use matches your board.

I'm also having some troubles with a pcchip motherboard... is 810D the same as 810DL?

yes, the 810D and 810DL are identical except that the 810DL has onboard LAN. the bios is identical for both mainboards. i've seen plenty 810Ds with onboard LAN so they should have been 810DLs instead. but hey...that's PCChips ;)
