need BIOS update for MATSONIC MS8328E (2.1)

hi i have a matsonic ms8328e(2.1) motherboard but it refuses to boot when i install a wireless card (TrendWare TEW-303PI) i also get the same problem when i try installing a vga card too (ELSA Gladiac)

does anyone know where i can get a bios update or patch at all?
