FIC PTCQ965 Intel core 2 duo HELP

This system is suppose to be compatable with core 2 duo, I bought a E7400 CPU and went to replace my old pentium d that was working great, I get absolutly nothing, no moniter signal at all, all the fans are running, no beeps, no video at all. So I figured it is not recognizing the CPU? So I put the pentium d back in and have no problems. Checked and verified the ram, reset the bios, install E7400 again and still same thing, Nothing.

I checked with the fic web site for a bios update, the way their site is layed out, it is impossible to find the correct file, I called fic only to get the answering machine.

System is a Sunbird PTCQ-965LF

I see only Conroe and FSB1066 support there. AFAIR this is a 65nm part while yours is a 45nm part - no go.
