Am hoping to identify my motherboard and the relevant BIOS upgrade. Both compaq.com and compaq.com.au (am based in Australia) seem to redirect to hp.com when searching for software.

One of the HP sites gives no results:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/pfin ... ge=product

And another HP site returns 138 results, none of which appear to be relevant:

http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h ... ubmit.y=12

Thanks for any help. :)

Thanks so much for that, had I bothered to search for '686J1' rather than '0664h' then I would have found it.
