I have instsalled an 80GB HDD in this mobo

However, the mobo only detects 65GB
The HDD is partitioned into 4 as follows;
Boot - 0.7 GB
OS - 20.0 GB
Win2Kdata - 57.0 GB
W2KSwap - 1.1 GB

I understand this may be due to a limitation in the BIOS
re - 48 bit LBA. The current installed version is 2K0930s

Is there a patch available or instructions?

Please advise

Any help appreciated

install SP4 and use the inbuild partition manager to partition the rest of the drive.
there is no resonable way to support 48bit lba in older bioses but as you are using one of the modern OS (W2k SP4) there's no need for that anyway. you've already done the right thing: install the OS in the BIOS known space and after boot the OS takes over ignoring the BIOS completely. at least when it comes to HDDs :)
If you email me include [WIMSBIOS] in the subject.
