BIOS UPDATE Problem

I actualy own GA-X38-DS5 board i flashed F7d bios using @bios it made all the bad sir But it still runs and no overcloacking.
I can,t able to flash bios again using Q-Flash also it shows "BIOS Programming error".
In @bios it shows Bios protection
I have to update my BIos please help me.
When i bought the PC due PSU problem I paid Full motherboard amount for Motherboard repair they said that it is burnt out.
Again this bad thing happen if ask for a repair my parents kill me.
