Emachine D620 laptop dead after reset bios password ..helppp

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

im using acer support to reset my bios password ... all work fine step by step until last step create new password then press ok sudenly hang.. then i switch off power and switch on back. black sreen no respon..
i thought cause the corrupt bios then i use Phoenix Crisis Recovery Disk
all fail.. maybe wrong version bios..

You should be able to build a working Crysis Recovery Disk with the .ROM or the .WPH file. I somehow think you used a tool or utility to change the password instead of the regular procedure inside the bios. Am I right?
