having a litte trouble finding drivers and updates

im having problems finding a working page with most recent bios, sound,ect. updates at the bottom of this post is the needed info any help for be greatly welcomed

sound depends on the AC'97 codec. post what's written on the little square chip left of the two sound connectors (the green and yellow thing just above the pci slots).
