Toshiba satellite Pro A200 PSAE7E

In last friday I was tried update my bios by windows, but unfortunaly I killed my laptop. I've heard about Crisis Disk Recover, but I need older bios if on the website and suggestion how it works on toshiba. If someone know what model motherboard this laptop have. Please write.
