My system:
CPU Type Intel Pentium IIIE, 733 MHz (5.5 x 133)
Motherboard Name IBM 6594UN4
Motherboard Chipset Intel Camino i820
System Memory 256 MB
BIOS Type IBM (03/30/01)
Version NWKT53AUS

I got here a SL4Bs, 1000/256/133 that I tried to install, and I got an error code, 167 I think, no processor support.

Did I get too fast a processor? If so can I tweak something to make it work?

Thanks in advance.

You have the latest bios for this system and the CPUID is not included. Not much you can do about that other than trying to find a 1G/133/256 CPU that was released by IBM as upgrade for this system. It's the usual problem, vendor lock-in.
