Hello,
i want to put a 80 GB hard disk in a GA7IXE4 motherboard (AMI Bios).
But it doesn't support hard disk greater than 75 GB (which is the last upgrade).
May i install the hard disk and easily use 75 GB (i lose 5 GB) or the mother board doesn't recognize the hard disk?

thanks to answer me

PS : sorry for the synthax, but i'm french and my english is bad ;-)

It DOES support HDDs up to 128GB. The latest BIOS is only 4 months old!http://www.giga-byte.com/support/swamd.htm#link7ixe4
