dell inspiron 1150 bios

Hi,
I have dell inspiron 1150. and it fail during bios upgrade. I have desolder the bios and put it in to to the my programmer. now problem is the bios file. Dell gives exe file to update through widows/floppy. cant see any rom file in it. Help me to get rom file.
