I am looking for a BIOS Update for ENLIGHT 865GVSFA3 MOBO?

Support from ENLIGHT is poor but I have established my existing BIOS details:
BIOS Type: Phoenix-Award
BIOS Date: December 5th 2008
BIOS ID: 12/05/2008-i865-W83627-6A79AEB9C-00-None
BIOS OEM: Intel 865G/GV, (3004-123.003)
Chipset: Intel 2570 rev 2
SuperIO: Unknown
Manufacturer: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
Motherboard: Unknown

Reason: SO I can fit a SAPPHIRE HD 2400 PRO (AGP - 512MB DDR2 Memory) Video Card.

At present I fit this Video Card and I can't boot anymore.

OR another suggestion on how to be able to boot / run with this Video card fitted?

Bios isn't your problem. Too little power more likely, this means either your AGP slot cannot source enough power or you forgot to fit the seperate power connector on the card itself.
