How to flush BIOS on Lenovo S10-2?

I need to make some changes related to wireless card id checks.

I found an advise online "to use phlash16 under DOS with the /BU option" I found phlash.exe, but when I run it in true DOS environment it says: "Can't open file PLATFORM.BIN"

Where do I find PLATFORM.BIN?
Or maybe that means that this is the wrong utility for this laptop?
