HELP boot block on hp a1330n mobo-A8AE-LE

Ok so i just tried updating the bios of the computer but it was in windows 7. So the next time i boot it i got the boot block thing. I have tried almost everything. Could you guys help me? maybe like a step by step guide? mostly what i need to know is what I should put on the floppy/cd and how to make it bootable.
