X6DAL-TB2 Supermicro is not booting

X6DAL-TB2 Supermicro running Win 2000 advanced server upon installing many MS updates system does not recognize RAID array (1). Re-installing current RAID driver from Supermicro did not resolve, the BIOS is seeing the array but the software doesnt - any ideas?
