DFI NF4X Inifity, NVRAID update

Trying to modify bios for a DFI NF4X Infinity, using its 1019/05 BIOS to update its nvraid.rom 4.81 to 5.60.
Using awdbedit1.0, replace option.

When trying to flash it with the modified bios using awdflash 8.60, it gives Invalid checksum and aborts.

Any safe workaround for this, why does it complain for checksum?

oh, well. update. I gave it a try with cbrom v2.15 and it created a flashable image. NF4X-X BIOS now updated with 5.60 NVRAID, mediashield supported.
