I did a windows bios update, and the dang thing locked up on me. unpluged and waited. Now all i get is a Black screen, green power light "stays on" and the cdrom flashes. I tried a few thing i have read, about blind flashing. Used a USb HDD, i can hear it coming on and
does nothing. Also tried making a Cdrom with autoexec,PHlash16.exe,minidos.sys, and the bois.wph file. The disk starts up and seems to be reading, makes read noise. And nothing happens, wait about 3mins holding Fn+esc. Anybody out there know if this a waste of time or is there a way to correct this. Also cleared the Cmos. Nothing.

Try these steps, include burn a bootable CD, if not work, you need a special service, like biosxp.com , or do soldering work yourself.
