Drive Table in Award Bios

Hi Guys,

I need to mod the drive table in an Award Bios to add support for a new CF Solid State Drive that I am currently experimenting with. The drive spec sheets only gives the usual disk CHS parameters. However, to add a drive in award bios one needs to provide some other unfamiliar parameter values in the drive table. Can someone explain, what the following parameters are and how to calculate them:

1- Precomp
2- Control
3- Landzone

AFAIR these values are not relevant since the late 1990's and you only need CHS with LBA enabled.
