Looking for a BIOS with "AC Power Loss Restore" option

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

Hello everyone.

I have an Acer Aspire 5630 series, and I upgraded my BIOS for the last version that is at the Acer's site "V3.6" And this BIOS doesn't have the option "AC Power Loss Restore" Can anyone tell me if I can upgrade my BIOS to a version with this option?
If not, can you tell me how can I find a laptop with a BIOS that have this option?

Since a laptop is supposed to run on batteries for extended amounts of time, there's no need for a power up after AC loss like with a desktop. I suspect there's no laptop out there with this option.
