I need a upgrade for this bios. It doesn't work with my new 60 GB IBM HDD.

Look for your PCB ID on your motherboard.
None of the BIOSes listed there will support HDDs over 32GB, but they can be patched for you (by us), once you tell us which of those BIOSes correspond to your mobo.
