Crisis recovery key sequence for Clevo M570U?

Postby ocoro02 » Tue Feb 23, 2010 12:02 pm

My Clevo M570U (aka Sager 5760 or Rock Xtreme CTX Pro among other branded names) is dead and I want to try a crisis recovery reflash (it's running Phoenix Trustedcore BIOS). None of the usual key sequences do anything ({Fn or Win} + {B or R or Esc or F} etc. or all arrows or ...). Does anyone know if it can be done on these machines? I can't find a likely-looking jumper inside either.

I couldn't figure the crisis recovery mode key sequence (if this is at all possible).

I figured how to enable to boot diagnostic codes (hit the 'email' hotkey then plug in and turn on). It stalls on F0 which is a processor exception.

So please ignore this thread!
