Need Help To Enable PCI Express in BIOS

HI, I have a Sony UX 380N. I am trying to add a mini PCIE card but I need BIOS to recognize/boot from it. I downloaded and extracted the BIOS .wmh file from the Sony exe. I then loaded it up in Phoenix Bios Editor. From there I am lost. I can see in the "strings" window some pci express options but how do I activate them?

There's a posting here about HP notebooks and PCIE-mini cards, this works in much the same way I think. Instructions are pretty clear by now.
