VGA to digital controller

Recommended by Wim's BIOS...

My laptop only has vga out and usb ports. How can i connect it to my tv with sound? So iv got a new laptop, it doesnt have an hdmi or dvi out, just a vga and 3 usb ports. I do have the mic and head phone sockets at the back too. I want to attach it to my lcd tv and have the sound play though the tv speakers.

do you have VGA and audio connectors on the LCD TV? SCART connector maybe? what brand/model is the laptop, what brand/model is the TV?

use the headphone output. you need a 3,5mm phone stereo plug to cinch adapter.
