How would I connect the audio through VGA

How would I connect the audio through VGA to my computer screen.? I'm planning on buying a 19' Acer LCD screen. Their going to be 100$ on black friday. I plan to be connecting my Xbox 360 to this but the only problem is I saw what the VGA cables looked like and I won't know how to set up the audio. I also plan on buying some computer speakers for the sound and I want to know how to connected it to them. Will I need anything other than the screen, cable, and speakers?

Check the Xbox 360 user manual please. All information about connecting itto whatever device is in there.
