hi ,I bought a card, used to repair a DV9500, now the serial number in bios is not the same, the recovery DVD does not work. I found hp dmi tools but I do not know use. Can anyone help me?

If you did not buy an exact replacement, the recovery DVD will not work and you will have to perform a manual install. The DMI tools are not going to help you in this.
