hello...ihave an issue with my aspire 5920..it wont turn the screen on i got the backlights on..on external monitor works perfect..i also got other inverter and LCD...i do replace and the cable behind the LCD still nothing....and then suddeny i found that vBios version is SantaRosa 1478....but my grapfic card is Intel Media Accelerator x3100..the chipet is intel 965 express chipset..don't know what to do..i checked everything i also update the bios....

if the problem is in the VGA BIOS Version how can i flash it..many thanks Georgi

Santa Rosa is the project name for this chipset of which the x3100 is the integrated video component so it is not the video bios causing trouble. This sounds more like the switching between internal/external monitor isn't working properly. See your manual on how to use the function keys for that.
