i know intel can recover bios by jumber

and gigabyte has dual bios

what motherboard good for bios recovery

the board that has the same bios chip as the board that you are trying to recover.

if you mean: has the best recovery options: one with a removable bios chip. that one you can reprogram externally if needed.
