HI

I have a notebook HP Pavilion dv6-6118sl (QC779EA) with Intel Core 5 2410M and AMD Radeon HD 6490M graphics card (1 GB GDDR5 dedicated). Its BIOS is a InsydeH20 Setup Utility Rev 3.5.

Unfortunately, the diagnostic hidden partition no longer exists.

So, now, how do I update the BIOS?

Does it tell you to use the diagnostics partition then after downloading and executing the file?
